Last vacation day of the summer. It is great to just take a few days off with nothing major planned and enjoy doing whatever you feel like without having anyone to worry about. So far I've cleaned a little, made a beef stew, wrote a letter, watched a movie, played a little World of Warcraft, spent time celebrating Lammas with my family, played with the dogs and cats, enjoyed listening to the birds and crickets, and I still have today to go plus the weekend before I have to return to reality.
A shower is in order this morning along with a good breakfast. And planning what to make for dinner tonight. The nephews are descending on my Dad's on Sunday and we are going there for a pizza dinner. It should be fun. They are almost 12 now and are full of it! Ah, to be twelve again - I don't think I would want to go back to that. SO much to be unsure of and the body changes. I prefer to be an adult. :)
